Account Manager / Customer Service Executive

Circa £15k basic plus bonus and excellent benefits

I am looking for a graduate with some work placement experience to work for a local business who are IIP accredited and that still retain a family feel despite their size and customer portfolio.

They manufacture of food products and supply other parts of the food sector – your job is to come in and manage the existing client portfolio with responsibility in areas such as:

•Sales order process – especially trouble shooting potential issues as well as looking at areas where additional sales can be made
•Database Management – ongoing maintenance of customer contact details
•Quotations - particularly in regard to new product
•Marketing Support

You will work closely with the senior sales team and the production areas to deliver a cohesive account management strategy to the customer – at all times you will be the first point of contact for the customer.

If you are a graduate and have some experience either before University or via work placement of working in a similar customer service / sales support function then I would like to hear from you.
